1. Being a Good Member

momentarily works because owners and borrowers treat each other, and each other's things, with respect. These guidelines describe what's expected of everyone using momentarily.

2. Prohibited Items

Some items can't be listed or rented on momentarily at all. See the Prohibited Items page for the full list.

3. Reporting a Concern

If a listing doesn't belong on momentarily — because it's inaccurate, prohibited, or looks like a scam — use the Report option on the listing to let us know. A moderator reviews every report.

4. Suspension

Accounts that violate these guidelines may be suspended. A suspended account can't book, list, or take other actions on momentarily until the suspension is lifted.

5. Resolving Issues with a Booking

If something goes wrong with a rental — like a late return or damage to an item — either the owner or the borrower can report the issue from the booking. momentarily reviews the details and any evidence both sides submit, and lets everyone know the outcome.
